Organizations face hard choices in the midst of economic downturn: workforce reductions, cost adjustments, margin pressure, client discontent - the list goes on. Leadership within the organization are often the ones facing the most pressure to protect productivity and revenue, while taking on the additional workload when workforce reductions or cost containment plans are implemented.
