This program will stress the need for private companies to report transactions in a financial manner that lowers their tax liability and increases the cash flow of the company and the owners. The program is geared towards the upper management group of a company that is involved with and/or affected by the manner in which the financial recording of transactions affects the cash flow and taxability of all business events.
